Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are roasted fresh on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You can expect delivery of most orders within Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana within 2 business days. All other areas east of the Rocky Mountains can expect delivery within 3 business days, and the US west coast within 4 business days.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase within 15 days of the date of delivery, you may return your unopened product for a full refund or for a credit toward another online purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of orders must be done prior to shipping.
